At Doow Puzzle, your satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and replacements are handled.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition

• Original packaging must be intact

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Opened or assembled puzzles are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.

2. Missing Piece Support Policy

We understand that missing pieces can affect your experience.

If your puzzle is missing a piece:

• Include your order number and a clear photo showing the missing piece area

After verification, we will ship the replacement piece(s) at no additional cost.

This support service is available for up to 6 months from the purchase date and does not require returning the product.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

After review, we will offer either:

• A replacement item, or
